Better option is to get one for your PC.. perform the task and then transfer the file to your Phone.. You may Google for 'MP3 Cutter' and will find a lot available for your PC..

Hello ganasai, you may try the editor available here http://symbianfan.co.cc/download.html . It will be in the software section. I can't guarantee that this will be working fine, but you may give it a try.
