Re: Nokia 5800 music player problem

happened to me once. i resetted my phone by typing *#7370# and formatted my memory card- but that is not necessary.

just reset ur phone- think that 'll solve ur problem.

and there's a new music player update available- through software update. even after updating to v52. get that done too.

hope after these 2 things ur problem is solved.

hit the kudos button if i helped :smileyhappy:

Re: Nokia 5800 music player problem : solution ..

i have just found he solution and resolved the error also..

i had the same problem... my music player was not updating the library, whenever i refresh it shows '0 files found'

the solution is : just attach your mobile with your compter, choose mass storage mode, scan your memory card for bad sector and repair te bad sectors..

this will resolve your problem. dont format your phone software or memory card.

to repair bad sectors on memory card  on win 7: when you attach your phone and choose mass storage mode ..popup dialogue box will appear.. showing two options 1. scan drive for errors. 2. find bad sectors and repair .. choose both and click start
