I've had issues with my phone since I got but its getting a little too much for me to handle.

I updated my phone to the latest firmware version and it seems to have given up all its music playing capabilities, which for me is unbearable as I use my phone for music (or used to) where ever I go.

Every time I play a song, at the end of the song (or if I hit the back button/stop the song) the music player will just freeze... A restart is required to unfreeze it.

Also, if I upload more music to the phone I can't get the player to refresh the library... So to play all the new music I need to use the File Manager to find it. And once the song has ended to I want to listen to another one I need to restart the damn phone.

I have tired everything except for a factory reset (which I'm not keen on)...

Anyone have/have had the same problem? Managed to fix it?

Hi. I have this problem too, also on the 5800. It'll play one song, then freeze and won't let you pause, skip or go back. And then you can't exit music player at all, and have to restart. Although, this is not a problem when playing podcasts, they skip/pause etc. fine.

Anyone else having this problem, I really need a solution.
