Nokia 3120 Classic, cannot connect to PC suite via bluetooth

On trying to download music to my phone via bluetooth, I recieve the following message.

"Cannot use the connection type. Check that all needed hardware, software and drivers are available"

I have downloaded the latest software and this has not cured the problem, can anyone help
