Nokia 3110 Classic's Music Player always Updating and not working

I have a problem with my nokia 3110 classic. Music player always updating and cannot find music files. Everytime I see inbox or sent messages it's always restart. I try to restor to factory settings, format the MMC, remove the MMC, but still not working.. Can anybody help me?
