New music not available in South Africa

Any idea why many of the most popular recent songs are not available on the South African OVI music store while one can now buy these on the UK store. Has this got something to do with music unlimited? I recently read an article which stated Nokia are no longer offering this in most countries. I have noticed that this year the SA store has been particularly bad at putting new decent music up?
