N96 Original software download

Is it possible to download the N96 original software because my music player and image viewer seems to have disappeared from my phone. I've tried to hard reset but no luck?

Hi,

You can update the firmware of the device using Nokia Software Updater. If the music player & Image viewer are missing in the handset. Updating the firmware of the handset will get the applications back, as they are bundled with the firmware of the handset.
