Hi all

I have an issue with my music library not updating folder/genre information when I refresh.  Songs are present and correct but the folder will not update (i.e. I deleted a song but the number on the folder does not show this change or I removed a specific genre but that genre folder remains) ----hope that makes sense

I have seen this issue with a number of Nokia music player phones and was wondering if anything was ever resolved, There was a workaround for the 5800 (show hidden folders and delete a load of .dat files) but this does not work for my C7 with Belle

Please help as this is an annoyance (thought the music still plays fine), if no official update exists a work around would be fine.

Ive facing same problem...
Music libary shoes empty..
When refresh then popup says"0 files added"...

I get a best solution...

1)Turn on your blue tooth...
2)Get 3/4 songs(mp3) from your friends cell via bluetooth..
3)!!!dont open songs untill all recived and some other steps..
4) open your music player try to refresh...
If not showing songs then
5)hide music player(dont clsoe it)
6) go to messeging...
7)open songs 1 by 1 and save it...
8)when you save song the message shows "added to library"
9)dont open music player until all files saved...
10)delete main files from meseging..
11)exit messaging
12)now open your minimized music player
*you get all list of song which is in your phone/memmory*
