Hi

I’m facing a lot of problems at sending out emails.
Mail Exchange (business) works well and receiving private email (KPN Planet) as well.

But:

I can;t receive emails from my private Planet account.

Settings I did:

Mailbox settings

-       My email address              co.mocking@planet.nl

-       Answering address            co.mocking@planet.nl

-       Mail box name                  planet

-       My name                           Co Mocking

-       Signature                          off

Ingoing Mail:

-       User’s name                      mocki011

-       Pass word                        …….. (password I use for my private Planet account)

-       Incoming mail server          pop.planet.nl (I got from my provider KPN Planet)

-       Entrance point in uses       Vodafone GPRS

-       Safety                              off

-       Gate                                 standard

-       Conf. APOP announcem.   off

Outgoing Mail

-       Users verification              no verification

-       Users name                       mocki011

-       Outgoing mail server         mail.planet.nl (I got from my provider KPN Planet)

-       Entrance point in uses       Vodafone GPRS

-       Safety                              off

-       Gate                                 standard

I know it’s a shame but I didn’t manage so I would like to make use of your goodness to advise me.

Do you see a wrong setting?

Will appreciate your help very very much as now I get regularly a pop up in the screen showing the message that an “email cannot be send, try later”.
