i was wondering if anyone can help with some advice here as Nokia were not very helpful.

I have bought music using both my phone and PC. Unfortunately i had to delete all my files on my phone and as i thought i could re download the tracks again i did not bother backing this up. Now when i use my PC (windows 7 and with the very latest in Ovi music software installed) and click on Download history it takes me to an error page telling me to try again. I have tried again about 1 million times. removed and re installed the software twice and i still get this error. I have tried to re download them on my phone (which takes many taps to work successfully) and some albums it will let me download again but others it wont. The little green download button is greyed out. I then emailed Nokia support who told me to clear the cach on my phone and computer. DONE. They then gave me a refund for an album so I can download it again but as this keeps happening (I now have 5 albums I can’t download again) I would rather get my album than being bought off. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Oh and if you want to know i have a Nokia N8 (with the latest firmware PR 1.1

ok so im not sure why but now my PC will let me go to view the albums i have downloaded in the past however the same albums that i could not down load on my phone (plus a few more now) wont let me download again on my computer. I am thinking that it could have something to do with the rights are nolonger available for Nokia so they cant let me download the album again? any ideas anyone?
