Help needed with Ovi Music!!!! How can I download my history to new pc?

I just got a new pc and I want to download my music history, I know I can do this up to 2 years after download and my nokia pin has ran out now.

~I contacted nokia but they told me to download ovi player again which i've installed and un installed a couple of times and still when i click on history nothing appears to re-download. they said i need to register my new pc but there is no options! I totally stumped on what to do now! If anyone can help i'd appreciate it
