Downloading music via the phone

Hi all,

I have activated my music account on my pc and i can download music fine, but if i log into my account on my phone through wireless it doesnt recognise my phone as a registered device to download music to.

Is this a common problem or "just one of those things" i cant seem to find any other info regarding this.

My phone is a 5800 XM with comes with music
