OVI MUSIC and NOKIA do not apply their online service for people living in Bulgaria and people speaking Bulgarian language. This is some kind of discrimination against the customers. For example I bought a brand new cell phone Nokia C6 just with english alphabet implemented on the qwerty keyboard. Thus I'm not supposed to use my native language also spoken from more than 12 million people around the world and about 7,5 million in Bulgaria. Some how I am supposed to write a SMS message or an Email message ?
Should I exchange to another brand like Sony Esricsson ???

Just to add something about that: In my opinion it's not Nokia's fault. Nobody from the store warned me that the device is delivered without the bulgarian language support for writing. If I knew that Iwould prefer to buy other one with this option included.

I stronlgy feel that Nokia should change its policy towards the langaue in India. Some Hindi fanalitic has misguided Nokia that Hindi is the only langauge used in India. There are two reasons for this comment.
1. I bought a X2 phone in Bangalore which comes with user manual in Hindi. When i contacted the call center they said that they can't help it. It comes along with a Manual in Hindi. Does this mean that this phone should be used only by people in few states like New delhi, UP, MP. Most of the states don't know Hindi especailly the entire southern parts of India.
2. When I call the center the language slection option starts with 0 for english. NO IVR will start the options from 0. This has been delibrately done to give preference to Hindi.
