Comes with Music doesn't register

Brought 5230 which is surposed to come with music for 12 months. Tried to register with the latest version ovi player on the pc however when I type in the code the page will not respond.

 

Emailed Nokia who confirm the code is valid and suggest making sure its connected to the internet (duh), use the latest version ovi player, clear the browser, reinstall ovi player, consult the website or follow the site instructions. Strangely none of these make a difference. Haven't rung them yet as the don't say what that will cost.

 

Has anyone  had any luck recently registering or any ideas what could be causing the problem?

Found it by trial and error, the instructions connecting the USB  tell you to connect the phone using media transfer, use PC SUITE instead. It then went straight through and appears to be working.
