i just tried to change music details on my Nokia N8 but its look there's no any option capable to change the music detail on the device.
is this a problem? or it come from its phone and we cant change anything??

No, you can't change any music details in the phone. I don't know why Nokia took away this feature. Probably Nokia's developers trying to simplify the code to make it easy to maintain.
So instead of adding more features users are requesting, they just keeping taking away stuff.
The new music player in S^3 looks very nice today with the cover flow, so they seem to be following what Bill Gates' said: If you can't make it good, at least make it look good.
Another feature you can't expect in Symbian Anna: custom equalizer settings.

Used own N95 and it did allow the editting song details. But not a full option. Certain info did not change.
Unfortunately the Symbian Touch OS has no such function which is no biggy. Just make sure the Song detail is correct and as needed before loading to device.
I find it easier if I create a playlist and then play the choice songs from the list.

There are some folks that managed to get it back. So it was deliberatly made unavailable, like the customizable EQ.
Audio quality is at its finest but user experince on the Media Player has worsened compared to my N95 8GB.
