Cant access music store

I can get onto ovi player but as soon as iclick an the music stor tab on the top i jus thear this repetitive clicking noise and at the bottom the status bar does get to the end but nothing happens and the cliking noise still stays

 

Please can someone help me because i just got a new phone with comes with music and ill soon not be able to use it
