Can't download licenses for my albums :(

I have downloaded a number of albums which need licenses. However, when I try to obtain the licenses it says error. I have tried to open the song in OVI "my music" and a pink license box appears with wierd writing in it and it won't download the license or play the song. What is the problem?!?!? Help please!
