Absolutely disappointed

I received a £20 voucher to use Ovi and have to say, I am beyond disappointed.  Sure, i got the voucher for free but nothing I've experinced will make me come back and I'll warn people away from the service. 

 

The service is full of bugs from the sign in and sign up process to actual downloads.  Half way through downloading my album, i received a page in 20 languages saying some error had occurred and that I must press back in my browser.  I did so, and now it won't let me download all of my tracks (that I have paid for) stating that they are available as album downloads only.  I did pay for the entire album download and was trying to download all of the tracks when it bugged out.

 

Then I tried for about half an hout to find a way of reporting the error and just kept landing back on the sign in page.  I've tried this across all three browsers I have on my pc so am fairly certain it is not a browser issue.  Just a very buggy system that will make me run a mile once I've hopefully got my downloads and spent my money.

If my current experience is anything to go by, I agree likewise.

 

And why won't it let you download a whole album???
