I have just bought this phone and I have been trying to download music from my PC to the phone, it keeps saying there is not not enough memory and the wrong format.

I have gone through all the guidlines and I have now given up. (i am starting to regret buying this phone).

Any advice most welcome.

Hi redkop,

Google Nokia PC Suite 7.1.26.0 version(or bit earlier one) and install it.  It will have Nokia Music Manager which is very much compatible with your 6500 nokia classic

Current PC Suite version will provide the link to download Nokia Music(PC Side application) but as of now not all Nokia phones are compatible with Nokia Music, so please do not use current pc suite version if you want to use Nokia music manager.

Install a previous version (7.1.26) and check if Nokia Music manager is installed along with that, if yes, you can start using your phone for Music,
