I have searched and this doesnt seem to have an answer. I was wondering if this is happening to just select users or to everyone. When listening to songs, the instruments sound great but the vocals are so distant and echoey, they can hardly be heard.
Anyone else?
I have tried updating the drivers but there is no difference.

So is everyone else having no problems listening to music?

Does this problem only happen when you are playing music through the speakers, or does it happen with headphones or HDMI output too? - Miles.

have you tried the Nokia ones that came with the Booklet? , when you hear that "ecoed voices" is just because you Bose in ear headphones are INCOMPATIBLE so the send an incomplete stereo image and everything souds like a KARAOKE! is normal! dont worry! just use compatible HP!

Unfortunately I don't think BOSE support the three-pin headphone/microphone arrangement that Nokia use (I have had the same problem using my BOSE headset on a Nokia smartphone). You may be able to use one of the included adapters from BOSE to get it to work. Hope this helps, Miles.

you guys are right! used the nokia headsets and they sounded fine.
I always thought the 3-pin headphones were standard across all devices... thats disappointing considering how much i paid for thos eBose headphones!
THanks for clearing that out!
