List of Games that work with the Booklet

While the Booklet may not support the graphic & processing demands of today's games, it should be able to easily handle those available in the early 2000s and before. Let's compile a comprehensive list of working games in this thread. Kindly post only those games that you have personally verified.

Re: List of Games that work with the Booklet

The early command and conquer games work very well on the booklet. Best of all they are free!

Command and conquer Red Alert 2 also works, as does it's add-on Yuri's revenge.

That's the only games i've tried.

The link below may give you an idea of what other games may work whilst you are waiting for people to add to this list:

Re: List of Games that work with the Booklet

From the 100 list games, I can assure you that with Windows 7 taking 800~900 MB RAM, graphic card will not be able to emulate the required memory and the RAM will not face games, that list is not tested on a Nokia booklet, and a Nokia booklet has kind of unique HW on it. Also not to mention the standard HDD with 4800 RPM. So maybe 20 games will work, and rest not.

@siravecavec - Do you actually have any working games to add to this thread or just here to criticise the link?

Re: List of Games that work with the Booklet

4x4 Evo 2 by Terminal Reality confirmed working well while the Booklet's on AC supply. On battery, framerate is too low to be playable.

I could not get Soldier of Fortune II: Double Helix to start.

Re: List of Games that work with the Booklet

Plants Vs. Zombies runs OK in window mode (I like window mode even more though)

Cosmo Rangers 1 - didn't work (minimum resolution is 1024 x 768, probably didn't like 720 vertical)

I'm sure that if Plants Vs. Zombies runs, you could theoretically get Farm Frenzy, Penguin Catapult, Yeti sports etc. running as well

Maybe some of Reflexive Arcade games will run, too. I'll try good old Crimsonland in the next few days. Though I'm afraid it won't like the 720p resolution either

Re: List of Games that work with the Booklet

Try Cosmo Rangers 1 with external Full HD HDMI display. It should be 1920x1080, booklet does support that resolution on external display.

Re: List of Games that work with the Booklet

how did you manage to play CnC Red Alert? after installation I cannot start the game, it gives me "Error - unable to set video mode" and nothing happens.

I followed the installation instructions (they are for Win XP however) and set the main executable tu run in W95 compatibility mode
