hello,,
I have E72, and everything was good no such bit problem.
now it's 2 days I can not connect to nokia messaging service. now when I check the website::
email.nokia.com
it's says my status is "" CANCELED "" ???? why is that ?? there is no email sent regarding this canceltion, there is no notification what so ever !!!

ok, now I'm really upset, that's not what I except from nokia,,, please I want this to be fixed and explination of what happend.

Same problem here. Inclusive sub with E72. Email stopped syncing. email.nokia.com comes up with an error when trying to log in. When I used to be able to log in using the 'forgot password' option (no longer exists) it showed 'cancelled'.
Contacted local Nokia support and after a very long wait got a reply saying it should be active, and that's the last I've heard of it. Still doesn't work and I've tried replying to them but no luck. The twitter account for NM doesn't respond either.
Along with a pile of other faults, this phone is on the verge of going back given it doesn't do what was advertised.

Contact your local Nokia Care using the Contact Us button at the top of this page. That's what I had to do to get it working in the end. They take a very long time about it though, but eventually they sorted out the account. They're the only people who officially have access I believe.
However, as you have the E71 it might be Nokia Messaging is tied to your SIM and not phone. I don't know for certain so you would be better off checking with Nokia. On the E72 Nokia Messaging is inclusive as part of the purchase of the phone, but NM didn't exist when the E71 was launched I think so it's not part of the phone cost.
Anyway, talk to Nokia.

Hi Guys
I am also facing same problem. Called many times Nakia Banglore Customer Support team where I spoke with Mr,Sandeep, Mr.Sidhiq and Ms.Sreeja. I spent around Rs.1500 for discussing support team. As per their instruciton reset my E72 to factory settings reset mail configuration 2 times and worked 2 days properly. 3rd day my subscription status cancelled automatically as earlier
Finally they informed forwarding my problem to their Web experts and they will contact within 7 days. I did not get any call till 7th day 11 am. Again contacted Banglore supporting team they promised by evening webteam will contact.
At last 6pm I got a call from Web team. They informed that they are still working on my problem and Nokia supporting team contact me once its getting solved.
Even 15 days over nobody called me. Yesterday i called Banglore support team they told me that this is Nokia Global problem and could not rectified yet.
Actually purchased E72 for the purpose of Nokia messaging feature but no use. Again I have to go for blackberry

At last I got a call from Nokia customer Support engineer 2 days back and informed correction done on server your account will be working properly. if any problem in future please contact customer service.
Today my subscription agian cancelled then I called customer service and spoke with Mr.Sreenivas, Mr.Siddiq and Mr.Suraj they are told me to hold my line for checking my complaint records and put a recorded msg. I hold the line more than 20 mins each time and getting disconnected automatically.
