sync problem (outlook/mail for exchange) contact details not compatible

Hi all,

i have mail for exchange 2.09.158 and aan hosted exchange syncing me kalender, email, contacts and tasks.

Some contact fields are not 'compatible' between nokia mail for exchange and outlook 2003/2007. That means that when i add a new contact detail (i think it is e.x. Tel. (business)) on my E71, this detail does not appear on my outlook 2007. Does anyone know which fields are 'compatible' between outlook and mail for exchange?
