email not connecting

hi, my hotmail and yahoo email is not working. Been trying to connect it but it get disconnected and keep asking for password. Now, the email is not user friendlt enuf for e72 and i need to log in manually to yahoo and hotmail to check emails. Please helo how to resolve this.

Hey auragal,

 

Welcome to the discussions board!

 

I would recommend to uninstall your email accounts from your device, then perform a "Soft reset" which will delete your mailbox settings, then reinstall your mailbox and try to sync again.


To perform the reset just type *#7780# (security code 12345) on your keyboard, this action will not delete anything except your email settings.
