i hope someone can help me as my nokia E51 does not recieve incoming messages i have tried to restore to factory settings but i cant do this as i cant get the code right. so i was wondering if there is any other way i can fix this problem

Don't assume it's the device.

 

I have an E71 and I too have been unable to get any messages via nokia messaging. Is there an Issues folks?

Check the message center settings. Ask your SP if you don't know the right settings. They can send you a configuration message.
