We can automatically synch ONLY 2 mails with Nokia Messaging ?

Hi,

I've added my mails to Nokia Messaging ( http://email.nokia.com/ ).

I've configured my phone (a software up to date Nokia N97) with correct informations for my 3 mails accounts. I can receive and send emails with my N97.

I can configure "automatic retrieve mails" for only two mails accounts. Mails for the 3rd mailbox are not automatacly received.

I've go to"Mail settings" > "Automatic login" > "Retrieve e-mail" > and I try to enable it.

But I have the following error message:

"Unable to configure more mailboxes to automatically retrieve e-mails."

But Nokia Messaging (email.nokia.com) can retrieve mails for 10 mailboxes... all my 3 mailboxes are on my web account of "Nokia Messaging".

 What should I do ?

Thanks,

That happened to me too when I was trying to add an exchange account through the mobile interface. I guess it throws up the wrong error message.

Is that what you were trying to do as well?

I've got 8 accounts configured... and it can support 10!

No, I try to configure au regular IMAP account ...

I don't have configured, yet, the exchange account. I'll gonna do it in few day, when I have solved my problem with my IMAP account.MfE is installed, but not configured yet. I wait, I want to resolve my first problem with IMAP account.

Any one have another tips ?

Maybe, AnujiDG, you can help me : how did you configure your phone ? (can I see a tutorial online ? maybe I've misconfigured something). Have you configured your phone by using email.nokia.com ?

Thanks,

Thanks for your reply !! :smileyhappy:

No I don't think it's restricted by my operator, I have a good one :smileywink:

I have the Evaluation Plan in email.nokia.com. It's enough for 3 IMAP mailbox ?

Maybe I should re-install "Nokia Messaging" by using the link see on the top right of email.nokia.com, after added my 3 mailbox in this website ?
