Unable to delete mailboxes & nokia messaging retrieval not working

Hi Nokia Support

below please find my two problems, I trust you will help

Problem # 1

1.      I tried to setup two personal mails (Hotmail & Yahoo) in my new E72 phone

2.      Both are not working and I could not remove them from the mobile, always receive a message that I must be connected to remove them.

3.      I restored factory sittings and even updated the mobile software but the two mailboxes still there and can’t be deleted

Problem # 2

1.      I have an account in the “Nokia Messaging”  (hasanyh@hotmail.com) but can’t login

2.      I tried to reset the password several times but never worked

Well, as it says, you have to be connected to delete the mailboxes. Log in to your account with a PC to check the settings. You can also reset the phone, dial *#7370# 12345 reformat, lose all data
