This already has a long thread but it is becoming confusing. The issue is that the original email address and password do not function but there is no system in place which emails/sends via sms the password if forgotten or doesn't work - like any other proper site would do.
There are a number of surprising isssues regarding the management and organisation of Nokia and an apparent lack of professionalism and even negligence in the way they handle support/anticipate problems/deal with bugs etc etc. If I were a betting man I would say that Nokia will cease to exist in 10 years - it simply isnt competitive in the market. However, that doesn't help us who have a period before their contract expires and don't wish (yet) to change their phones.
Does anyone have any solutions to the issue of logging in since it is the only way (I think) i can properly set up email sending from different pop email accounts etc etc.

I haven't found any answers. I'm wondering if the account is related to IMEI number also?
