TCP/IP Setting manually in Nokia C3-00

I have wlan adaptor in my organization and i have bought a new nokia c3-00. No DHCP is configured in my network so unable to assign IP addresses automatically. How can I manually set ip address for my nokia c3-00. Note :- I saw feature of adding ip manually in Nokia e-61 two years ago.
