Hope someone can help.

I'm trying to setup NM on my wife's new X6.

On the email.nokia.com site, I select to Sign Up, enter her phone no. and select the phone from the available list.

When I click on Next, I get a page that tells me to download the email client to the phone. I have done this and followed the steps to setup a email on the phone, but it only creates a standard mailbox.

I have a E72 and when I regsitered via the web site, I was prompted to enter my email address & password - this appears to have now been removed.

Anyone have any idea how I can setup NM on the X6?

Kindly format the mobile(keeping backup) and setup email thereafter on mobile.

just click over setup email>select email provider>input email id >password.

Nokia X6 is having NMS client inbuilt so no need to go to email.nokia.com. mailbox can be setup directly from the mobile.If you are in india then it wont get setup with MTNL,DOLPHIN sim cards.
