I reinstalled my firmware and tried to let email.nokia.com to send me a link to download the latest version of Nokia Messaging. Two messages with two different links came. I downloaded one, installed, and was asked to set things up. I did, but it turned out that the Nokia Messaging with colorful interface isn't there, but the setup was for the built-in email client. I went to "Installations" to see, and found two new icons, "email" and "email setup". "email" doesn't react when i click on it. "email setup" leads me back to the setup for the built-in email client.
Before I reinstalled my firmware, it seemed to me that my phone has two parallel email clients, one is the built-in one, the other is the newest one with colorful interface. they can run together.
Please help!

Hello Civilitas,
I had this same problem back on 1.0. It was happening to me because I'm not in a country that has officially rolled out the Nokia Messaging service yet. To resolve this issue, log into your Nokia Messaging account on email.nokia.com and send yourself another install SMS. This SMS should open up a provisioning screen on your device and you should be prompted to enter in your Nokia Messaging email address and password, and then you should see the colorful interface with your mailboxes.

Also, after you send yourself a new SMS from email.nokia.com, you'll likely get two SMSs, but disregard the one that has a download/install link in it. You want the SMS that asks you for your Nokia Messaging password and access point. Once you see that screen, you are good to go.
