I have a Nokia Lumia 800 and am part of the Nokia Collective. I had a message through the VIP registration tile to fill out a simple survey about whether I would recommend the phone to others. Now I keep getting a message "Hello Nokia Lumia Champion"
The link just goes to a page which says "Thanks, We hope you enjoy your new phone. The live tile on your homescreen will inform you of any mssed notifications from us."
I have had the same message about 10 times this afternoon.
If anyone else has had the same issue and worked a way around it , I would appreciate your advice.
Many thanks

Perhaps you may need to remove application and re-install it (Yes, I know VIP registration is by invitation only, but application is buried within Windows Marketplace and I am sure Amazing Collective or Nokia Care Point could re-send link it to you).

Sorry for the late reply to this topic, only just spotted it.
Removing and reinstalling the app doesn't make a blind bit of difference to this issue (i'm also an amazing collective member). It appears that the server pushing the message isn't registering when you've replied to the survey. I believe this is something that needs fixing at the server end.
As a temporary measure you can prevent the VIP app from pushing messages to you. Open the app, press in the bottom right corner where the three dots are, press settings and untick the box that says "allow push notifications".
I'm going to give it a week or two before I enable it again to see if it's fixed.
If anyone ever needs to reinstall the VIP or Amazing Collective apps they can be found in your account section on the windows phone website. https://www.windowsphone.com/en-GB/account

Cheers, will give this a go
And for anyone who was concerned about how to reinstall the app, On the end of the box my phone came in (Below the IMEI Labels) I have a QR code for the VIP app. If you have the same, you should be able to reinstall it via that
