Please help with my N95 music problem before I throw it out the window

Hi!

 

I've tried searching the forums for an answer to my solution as i'm sure i'm not the only one but i started getting all confused with information overload.

 

Basically i can't play any music on the music player - i have an N95 8GB. It's driving me insane.

 

I've had the phone years and it all worked fine, until i thought i was going to sell it and deleted all the music off there, pics etc etc and now i'm keeping it i thought ok i'll just transfer it back, but there's not even a music folder option that i can see anymore on the phone.

 

The music files will play if i put them somewhere in file management, but i have to play one at a time, can't switch songs with the hands free nor create playlits.

 

It really is driving me insance, what can i do to fix it??

 

I've downloaded all the latest software etc etc thinking that might magically solve the problem but it hasn't!!

 

PLEASE HELP! I really am going to throw it out the window soon!

Did you try refreshing the music player after copying the music files to your phone?
