Nokia N8 Mail for Exchange not usable

Connecting the N8 with my Hotmail account only the INTRAY will be synchronized. None of the other folders like SENT, DELETE etc. The SENT folder stays even empty when I write a local message on my N8.

When I do the same with my E72 all mail folder will be synchronized. So it is not HOTMAIL as it looks.

When will there be an an update for the email application within the N8 to make it usable?
