Sorry, but it's still broken for me. When I try to register, the system says I'm already registered .. BUT when I try to reset my password, the system says "The user name you entered does not match any account on record".
obviously there is a bug here .. I PMed Davis for help ..
Davis - per my PM, please delete my account so I get this working again.

That solution doesn't work for me.
I tried resetting the password on the internet, but it asks me for a 'secret question'...which is what? Who designed the nokia messaging website...a Monkey?

Hello,
I am having the same problem. I have been unable to log on to nokia messaging even after resetting the password. Every time I try to log on, I get a message that states my log in name and password does not match records.
Can someone tell me how I can resolve this matter.

Sorry. I supuse that is impossible to you reset all the account around the world, but I have contacted with the Nokia Care 3 times
with no success in the answer...

I'm having the same problem now, I've already called Nokia Customer Service and they told me to wait for a whole week!!! I don't want to wait that long, this is really annoying, you pay for a service then you expect to use that service, not wait a whole damn week.
I don't know what to do now.
