Nokia Messaging - Help Please

I have raised this issue before, but I am no nearer to being able to use Nokia Messaging after more than 2 months.  I see from other threads that there are many people with the same issue.  I was happily using NM, but I was contacted by Nokia to say that due to the change in data charges my account was temporally suspended, all I had to do was send an email and it would be restored.  I have been unable to use it since.  I re-installed NM on my E71, and enter my hotmail email address and password:

 

Problem 1- It recognises that my hotmail email is associated with a NM account and asks me to enter my NM password.  I have tried all my usual passwords but it simply asks for the password over and over again, with no indication whether it is right or wrong.  Can’t go any further here.

 

Problem 2 – I go to email.nokia.com to try to log in that way.  I enter my email address and email password and get a message telling me it does not recognise email/password combination.  If I try to create a new account, it tell me once again that my email is already associated with a NM account.

 

Problem 3 – I try the forgotten password link.  I have tried this repeatedly for the last couple of months and there are 2 different outcomes.  90% of the time I get the message ‘We are unable to provide a temporary password at this time’, and the other 10% I am asked to enter my security question/info – and subsequently get a message that to continue to manage my account I need to log in.  How can I log in if I am using a ‘forgotten password’ function!

 

 To sum up, I have a Nokia Messaging account that I cannot access, and cannot created a new one as my hotmail address is already linked to the old one.  I have email Nokia Care on 4 occasions and have been told each time to log in to reset my password (!?).  I have called Nokia Care twice and been told they would reset/delete my account with 24-48 housr but absolutely nothing has changed.

 

I’m not sure what else to do.  Can anyone advise?
