Bought a Nokia E72 a fews ago, got the email set up no problem but in the last couple of days it was playing up and very slow I therefore removed the mailboxs on my phone to reinstall them.
However when trying to add the mail box again I got an email from Nokia stating there records state that I have changed my phone and they have cancelled my Subscription.
Anyone experienced this before and have any suggestions.
Thanks

They have cancelled my subscription too and I am having the HARDEST time getting in contact with anybody to even begin to fix the problem.
I sent an email 2 weeks ago with no response and i called the customer care number ( overseas ) and the accent was so strong i could not understand anything.
Disgusted at this point. I paid WAY to much money for all of my features not work.

Thanks for the comments. I emailed Nokia Customer Service 2 weeks ago regarding this problem. All I got was an automated reply saying someone will contact me.
I love my Nokia phone, its a high quality product. Just a great pity Nokia doesn't understand Customer Service. Can understand now when people say they buy another Nokia.

On the 27th Nokia got back to me after emailing customer support that they have fixed the issue on my account.
NM is working perfectly again. I copy below what I got as a reply.
Not too bad of a customer service in the end.
Thank you for emailing Nokia Careline.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and delay caused to you from our side, please be informed that we have received update from our team regarding the Nokia messaging account. Thankfully my Nokia Message Subscription is back and running. Nokia customer service eventually contacted me yesterday and said the reason why it was cancelled was because it was a trial period and they have now upgraded me to the full service. Not quite sure what they meant but I can receive me e-mails and thats all I care about.
Thanks Nokia for fixing....at least ![]()
