Nokia Chat application & Chat widget lost from menu of Nokia N8 after factory resetting

Hi,

Kindly provide me the preloaded "Nokia Instant Messaging Chat application & widget". for Nokia N8  which was lost after factory restore,

 

I also reinstalled the phone software using OVI Suite inorder to

get the preloaded Nokia Messaging Chat app & Chat widget  but found no success. 

 
 kindly provide any appropriate solution to get back the preloaded 

 "Nokia Instant Messaging Chat application & widget"  for nokia N8

finally the nokia IM chat is now available for N8, for those who dont have can download it from nokia n8 fanclub

Was running well on my N8 for about 6 months, but til 2 weeks this app doesn't want to start anymore ! Try to reinstall, but nothing to do :smileysad:. Somme one with same issues ? Is it about Anna ?
