So, starting from today, the internet browser wouldnt' open. Like; it would open but then it'll go back to the homepage.... And yesterday this was fine.. I don't recall doing anything on the internet but go on something like facebook and i downloaded this whitemask powerpoint theme from the store, but then deleted it. Now i can't use the internet, youtube, facebook or the ovi store.. lol Please help? ;

You better reset the phone, amigo. 

1)  *#7780# 12345 restore factory settings, keep data

2)  *#7370# 12345 reformat, lose all data

I have nokia 6500 slide phone.When i go on to youtube on my phone it doesnt allow me to watch any videos it says subscribe to packet data first,What does that mean? other websites work on my phone but youtube dont work. I have 02 sim and have got the settings, i dont know what it is if its the settings or youtube isnt for my phone.

You better not publish your mail address here.

If you can connect your phone using a browser, your packet-data settings are oke. I suggest you change the settings from when available to when needed in the packet-data options.

I have exactly the same problem and i dont want to loose any data, but i dont wanna do anything wrong and mess my phone up.

whats the lock code?

yeah i worked out the lock code was 12345 and i did the factory settings reset and im still having the internet problem. do you recommend trying the other reset code?

Dial *#7370# 12345 reformat, you'll lose all data. Make a backup first and restore without the settings.

the same thing happend to me but that didnt work it still just flashes on and then returns to the home page?? any ideas??
