Hi there,
I was recently playing with my phone and set it up to receive my Hotmail emails, but have now decided that I will never really make use of this feature, so would like to remove it! I have found a couple of other threads on this subject saying to got to messaging/options/settings/email/mailboxes, however when I do this, I get a message saying 'no mailbox defined'... As such, I do not have a 'delete' option!
Is there any other way to do this?! When I go to apps/email, it goes straight to my inbox and I cannot see any remove and/or delete options there...
Also (quite annoyingly!) my inbox randomly pops up at any time... is it supposed to do that?!
Any help/advice gratefully received!
Thanks,
James

Hi CerberaJQ,
Hmm.. thats seems to be weird.. try now the hard reset method.. it will delete all your files so it is recommended to make a backup before performing hard reset.. use Nokia Suite to perform a backup, it will be much easier.. you can download Nokia Suite through this link:
www.nokia.com/nokiasuite
and once you backup, do not backup the settings of your phone, only the contacts, messages, etc. just dont include the phone settings on the backup..
once you have back it up,, you can perform a hard reset by dialing *#7370#.. if you will be asked for a code just enter 12345..
hope it will resolve your problem..
Cheers,

Thanks for that - worked perfectly! Fortunately, I'm not a bit App person, so nothing lost there - so just got to remember the few contact ringtones that I had set up!
