Does is happen over wi-fi, data or both?

Is it just a certain web site or every site?

Have you recently installed any software before the problem started to happen?

With the lack of detail provided all I can suggest is that you reset your phone.  Try the first code, if it doesn't help try the second code. 

You dial the codes like phone numbers, but make sure you back up any data that you want to keep.

Reset to factory defaults *#7780# : Restores settings but preserves user data (photos, 3rd party apps etc).

Soft reset *#7370# : This reformats completely the C: drive. All applications and files stored on this drive will be lost and clean default files will be rewritten.

the problem began one day when i was opening the internet i reloaded the page and then all the words on the links disappeared so i didntknow wut to click and wut not to click , all i can see is images and the  colours of the page . i,ve tried everything,i,ve turned the mobile on and off,i,ve restored the settings many times,i reinstalled the software,but nothing changed and this happens with all the websites,it even happens with the wi-fi and the data,i've tried the 2 codes that u told me about but they didnt work,what shall i do?
