Hi,
Can someone from Nokia answer this. PLEASE...........
I have a new Nokia E72 and for 2 months Nokia Messagin was working great. online subscription showed as active and lifetime free purchased with device.
Suddenly my subscription shows cancelled. On calling customer care, they asked my to renew contract with mobile operator. When there is no such case with Nokia Messaging.
How do I get it activated again....
God why didnt I simply go for the time tested Blackberry. If one has to pay, why not go for Blackberyy or iPhone.

Contact Nokia Care again. Tell them that the e72 is a "global bundle" device, with a lifetime subscription. Ask them to go to their Nokia Messaging support portal and hit the button labeled "Repair subscription". That should make it work for you. If they don't know how to do that, tell them to involve "Level 2" support, who should be more knowledgeable.
If you still don't get a satisfactory resolution, email nmfeedback@nokia.com. Include the name of the support person you dealt with, if you have it.

I've got exactly the same problem. Thanks bretj for the instructions. I'll give that a try. Really should not be the case that we have to tell Care how to do their job though!
Although I'd rather not waste my time and money calling them, but they just don't answer emails (even when they asked me to send them further details).
However nmfeedback@nokia.com doesn't get me any replies either in my experience.

@Vikas, Is this issue resolved for you? I had exactly same problem today and going to contact Nokia Care tomorrow. Do they fix issue soon?
Also Can anyone from Nokia tell me if I can use Nokia Messaging with same account on E72 and E52 simultaneously? Both are devices which come with Lifetime Nokia Messaging Free.
Please help.
