Neither Explorer nor Firefox is Nokia software, so you'd need to petition Microsoft and Mozilla to provide versions of those browsers for the Oss used by Nokia phones.

I'm guessing you're using an S40 phone, many of them come with Opera because it is ideal for mobile phones as web pages are compressed by Opera servers to reduce the data being sent to your phone, which helps you by keeping your phone bill down and (theoretically) speeding up download of pages. Slowness is more likely to be a symptom of your network - what phone model do you have, and what types of service do you get from your operator? If you are stuck with GPRS/EGPRS internet rather than 3G then your downloads of standard web pages will be slow.

Normaly Opera is known for its higher speed compared to IE and Firefox, so I would be very surprised if either one would be faster than Opera on your phone. At least Opera (both Opera Mini and Opera Mobile 10) seems to be much faster and easier to use than the Nokia default browser.

Only thing I don't understand is why are there two different Opera browsers for e.g. E66 (Opera Mini and Opera Mobile)? The latter seems more advanced, but is apparently also a bit slower. I prefer the latter, though.
