Flash Player for Nokia 9300?

Hi,

Whenever i visit the site www.derasachasauda.in/OnlineSatsang.html for viewing online satsang on my mobile Nokia 9300 it automatically redirects me to the Adobe Flash Player site to install flash player of other version and gives me options to select operating system like windows 98/ME/XP..., Mac OS X 10.4-10.6...., Linux and Solaris.

So, can anyone suggest me what flash player i have to install on my mobile so that i can watch online satsang.
