E75 outgoing email randomly working

although expected problem to be fixed after latest E75 firmware upgrade (did it yesterday), still the problem exists;

when I forward an email, or send a new one, and select To: receivers from my contacts list, it works randomly (most of the time it doesn't).

the message I get back is "not able to send to {"person name" (xxxxx@xxx.xx)}, where xxx's are strange characters.

can someone help ?
