E71x text sender shows number not name

E71x text sender shows number not name

this started a couple of days ago, when i receive a text from someone in my address book it just shows number where before it showed the name..........I cant figure out how to change this i want the name to show up not the number when i get a text.  Thanks for any help

check if ur phonebook is configured to show contact just from ur phone or sim card//   but not both...

Check for duplicate contacts.
