E 71 - How to change memory source for Emails

[ Edited ]

I have a Nokia E71 and I configured Gmail without an issue.

But when I configured the Mail for Exchange at the end it gave a message stating that cannot use the Memory Card and Phone memory will be used instead.

Phone memory is just 110MB and I need to change the memory for Mail for Exchange to use external memory (Memory Card).

Can anyone give me steps to do that.

Thanks in advance!

If you are using Nokia Messaging 1.1 then i will have to disappoint you - there is no way you can't save emails on your SD card.

For that you will have to resign from Nokika messaging service completely and start using built in email client, or for better emailing experience (if you arfe heavy email user) look for 3d party apps.

am i only one here that brings bad news to frustrated users?.....what tha hell, man...

Hi joyr,

Hate to disappoint you again, but MfE doesn't support saving to SD card either.

Nice isn't it? Top of the line business tool from world top manufacturer.... you would think they would get this one right.
