Probably been covered already but I can't stop messages being removed after 3 days... I've set it to 2 weeks and 1 month but the same occurs?

 

Please help... it''s an N97 Mini that I have, thanks!

Sorry, No can do.

It is a known bug since Nokia Messaging was first introduced some 18 months ago.

They have promised to fix it many times.

We are still waiting,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Have they suddenly (and quietly) fixed this issue, I forced a send/receive today and it sync'ed my inbox using IMAP and all my older mail that's still in the account inbox has reappeared...

 

Anyone else notice this happen?

There is a fix being rolled out related to this

Not for those with integrated clients though, who have to wait for a firmware update (if ever) :smileysad:
