Hi,
Today I have reinstalled my Nokia Messaging account on my N900 - with no major problem.
However, I then wanted to change one of my folder subscriptions, and attempted to login at email.nokia.com, but I can't log in. I keep getting this message:
"The user name and password you entered do not match any accounts on record. Please make sure that you have correctly entered the first email address you used when you signed up for Nokia Messaging"
This doesn't make sense, as I was just able to use the exact same email adress & password for setting up Nokia Messaging on the phone, and it keeps working in pushing email my way..
Please help me

After 15 minutes the website allowed me back in - I guess it was a temporary problem...

The email.nokia.com web login does not work at all, the login page simply does not respond. Should it work and is this service even active any more?

The login page appears to have been down for a day or two. Also my E72 isn't syncing any Nokia Messaging mail (MfE mail is working fine).
I suspect the whole service has gone belly up (again). Just glad I got a lifetime sub with the phone and aren't paying a monthly fee as the stability of the service and large chunks of down time without any response from Nokia or even a "sorry we are experiencing problems" is shocking!

Ah, login problem seems to be with Chrome. IE works okay. Chrome just returns a timeout error. Not sure about other browsers.
It used to work fine in Chrome.
Phone is still not syncing email though, and trying to validate the account on the phone just returns a server error.

I gave up on nokia messageing for email after a couple of days of frustration trying to get it to work. I downloaded emoze and got it working in a few minutes, it does the job nicely.

Hi,
I have the same problem to log in Nokia
Sometimes can , sometimes cannot.
Now I have another problem due to it.
I cannot register my email onto Nokia
push email configuration.
Because , after reg email , should be
verified by nokia message account.
I entered the account and its passwords
but the messege I got from my Nokia E71 :
"Can not validate with the information
you sent "
So , I think Nokia should do something
to solve these login problem , agree ?
In many cases , when somebody fails to
login and ask Nokia , Nokia answer is :
" Make sure you type the right characters
of email account and passwords and
try again "
These answer is useless for most people
The problem is
When somebody does have 3 email accounts
he/she is not sure which email that used for
Nokia or other website logging in.
No body have only one email account , at least
we need 3 instead , even a 12 year old children.
- one for working / job / bussines
- one for friends / community / group
- one for family
So , again , Nokia ....please do something.
