Hi, I created my google apps email account on Nokia Messaging last week (on email.nokia.com), it worked just fine until yesterday (it stopped synchronizing), then I deleted it and tried to configure it again with no success (trying to fix it)
Each time I try it on the web page I get:
'We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later"
Each time I try it on my phone I get:
"Unable to connect with the information provided. Please try again."
I already checked that pop and imap are enabled on my account, I'm pretty sure I'm entering the servers and ports correctly (as google apps help says):
imap.gmail.com port 993
smtp.gmail.com port 587 or 465
even tried with pop (pop.gmail.com port 995)
No luck!!
I just want my email back, the account is my business account, my personal accounts (gmail and hotmail) are working just fine.
I already tried with a co-workers account with the same results.
I already cleared the CAPTCHA using:
https://www.google.com/a/yourdomain.com/UnlockCapt
I already called your 800 number for my country and they don't have a clue (I know more than they do).

I have tried several times, but still the same thing: "can't connect to server".
Even with the captcha unlocked.

It seems to be a recurrent problem, there are some other posts on this same issue, I don't know what causes it... I've seen in other posts that you can try emailing the Nokia Messaging team at nmfeedback@nokia.com, they do say it's very likely they won't answer but will read all... (http://messaging.nokia.com/site/contactUs.do)

I have the same issue with Nokia messaging, I could not add my business accounts after I switched to Google Apps

How on earth is this a solution? I have the same problem - am I expected to keep trying until it works? Does this explain why sometimes emails come straight through to my phone and sometimes they take ages? Because Nokia's servers have some kind of bug?
Please can somebody from Nokia suggest a solution to this problem as soon as possible? I now cannot access my Google Apps email accounts from my phone any longer.
